Perhaps a large board, many officers, etc., could make more sense if
a club is in a small geographic area. It would be much less
expensive, for sure. They could meet more frequently and not have 3
days of hotels and more.
But our club is a national club, so meetings draw from many miles away
and naturally makes sense to stay for a weekend. How did 3 meetings a
year work? Helen?
Just thinking on it.

on how many members are in the GSDCA. Ever year our numbers are
dwindling, no? Shouldn't the board member numbers be dwindling too?
Or are we "top heavy" as they used to stay in NY when referencing
adminstration to teachers to students in school systems?
