Well said, Evan. I'll take the idea one step further (or maybe not.)
I believe the number of board members (regional or not) should depend
on how many members are in the GSDCA. Ever year our numbers are
dwindling, no? Shouldn't the board member numbers be dwindling too?
Or are we "top heavy" as they used to stay in NY when referencing
adminstration to teachers to students in school systems?
