Coincidently, I made changes to my room yesterday and asked again. She said
she had several calls about it. The rates were for another Red Roof. Lucky
you...I'm still at $105 which is absurdly expensive for that quality of a
hotel. It annoys me more to know that they raised the rates once they
realized they had a group coming in.

I realize this is way after the fact, but apparently the one listed in the
premium list is not the one at exit 54, 1 down from the national. It is
much further down the road. Not sure why a contract was not negotiated
with the one almost right next to the host hotel.
When I booked rooms there in January the rates had not gone up yet. Think
they locked me in at $79 a night. Sometimes it is better to not say you
are with a function...the rates are higher
