i would think it would extend the recovery time - your vet can best answer
that question - but if doing it at no risk to the dog can potentially prevent
him from ever suffering from torsion, it's worth it. on the same subject, why
don't more vets suggest doing a gastropexy at the same time as a spay? anyone?
