[ SHOWGSD-L ] Recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for treatment of open pyometra in 4 year
old bitch who has never had puppies? Just discovered this evening...went to
vet. She is being treated with antibiotics, no fever, feeling fine and eating.
I knew about prostaglandin treatments years ago. Any help is appreciated.
