I think you are right Paul Susan did one heck of a job bringing the Review up
to the time table. I think she does deserves a chance to do the job when she
has just one Review to get out a month!!!
I have ran into hard feelings when I want to show my dog at the show I am the
official photographer. I usually don't but I tell every club right up front
that I reserve the right to show. The way I feel about it is that I am not
charging the club for the work, I pay all of my own expenses, airplane tickets
etc. If I want to show I believe I should be able to.With the entries as low as
they are now you can't sell enough 20.00 pictures to even cover your plane
ticket. If they have a problem with that I just decline to do the pictures.

Plus...after reflecting and reading the bio's on all 3 of the final
candidates...I had a profound sense of professionalism and commitment from all
3.
I listened as the head of the "Review" Committee made her recommendation as
well as vet the other 2 candidates. The people that were on the committee all
had "extensive" experience in the field and I trust them.
Now I will tell you all what swung it to Susan Casey for me. I have watched her
take the "Review" to not on time to on time. She has followed or improved on
Gail's own template of professional lay out and presentation. Lastly...she has
stated her intention to include more educational and informative info for PClub
members and I think that's super.
Karrin and Becky both said many of the same things and ya know...I would love
to have seen more from "List Laureate" Barbara Galasso in her
presentation...but Susan had a few months with "product in hand" and did well.
That's why I voted the way I did...
