I haven't had trouble with them either. Ordered it last year and this so I can
go back and watch parts I'm interested in. Owner quickly responds to emails.

Believe that I replied to your last "rant" on this subject.
I did NOT have any problems with the streaming video.........no freezing, no
buffering, no problems at all.
I am not technically savvy, have an old desktop computer, and not the highest
speed available.
Don't know why you experienced so many problems, but (IMO), the quality was
excellent.

It’s been awhile since I’ve had a good old fashion RANT! So I’m over due, Who
is my target today?
I’m glad you asked. It’s Dog Show Video Pros...... what a joke they are! You
know you’re in trouble when you go to their website and they have a whole
section on trouble shooting IF your streaming video freezes! Really? What do
they mean IF! Now let me say this new age technology of blue-tooth, red-tooth,
streaming video movies sports and everything else is way way above my head but
I know this! Everything else that I stream live NEVER freezes! I watch UCLA
women’s soccer every week via streaming video ( and it’s free!) Not once did
the video freeze! I don’t know anything about band-width or megawatts or
anything else involving this subject! Here’s what I do know! Dog Show Video
Pros is a very poor quality service and I am NOT criticizing the board for
hiring them! But I will voice criticism if the Board continues to use this
inferior company to stream our National! If these are the only guys we can
afford to film our NATIONAL we’re better off not having the service at all!
It seems we now have a president elect who is not afraid of communicating with
members in this Open forum ( the list) okay I’m done now. Ed Hill
