On October 28, 2012 I lost my beloved 2 yr old baby boy Gehren (Heartcove
Noble Spirit V Kaleef) to complications after his surgery to repair a
severely twisted stomach. He first bloated and then his stomach twisted then
untwisted and then twisted again. His spleen also was damaged and had to be
removed. We were optimistic he would make it but four days later he
contracted pneumonia which led to upper respiratory distress and then
cardiac arrest. The vet staff tried everything in their power and I commend
them for all they tried to do. I first want to say my heart goes out to all
those that have lost a beloved dog to this horrible situation. I also pray
for those who may ever encounter this situation it is definitely hard to go
through for it is a roller coaster of emotions. 
Amongst the sad emotions of what my poor young man was going through but
also the heartwarming emotions to all those who have been sending donations
to help with a very high vet bill. The last I heard $715 of the $4000 + had
been donated and this means so much for me especially since we are already
in financial distress with being evicted and now trying to get into a new
home. So I want to thank all that have reached out to my family at this time
of need. So many have said so many kind words to us which also has helped.
It is nice to know that although we may be competitive in the rings and even
our breedings when times get tough everyone puts that aside and helps the
four legged child in need and their family. Thank you and I Love you all. 

RIP Gehren You will be greatly missed. You were one of a kind dog who helped
me through many tough times.
