I tell pet owners that they should try to stick to one dog and one bitch to
keep it simple. sheila

I agree! I wish I could have all males! They are the gentlest. I've never
had a problem with a male. I guess there is a reason why the females are
called bitches!

Been through my share of them, and it was always my omission. Leaving a
door open, bringing two tense bitches together to open a door, not
remembering my rule of having TWO doors between the dogs to whom I'm going
(another exciting time, ME entering their room). And packing...oh yes, dogs
that would NEVER get into it, DO! The funny scrabbling, barking, nipping at
each other as they race to a toy, or a welcome at a gate all of a sudden
turns serious and there they go
