When I was a brand new rookie 24 year old deputy probation officer in Santa
Clara County one Friday I was officer of the day, bored and trapped in the
office, I decided to raffle off one of the single female POs. I told my male
co-partners that the winner would get the raffle money to take this female PO
to lunch...I sold lots of tickets..lol...two problems...I forgot to tell the
female PO about my little raffle...she was not happy about it, the Chief PO
called me into his office and reminded me that I was an officer of the court
and my behavior could be viewed as "PIMPING"...because I was a new probation
officer he just warned me and told me to be careful in the future.........I
should have listened..I am alot of things, but careful ain't one of em..lol...FB
