I had the same problem. You can still use FrontPage, but none of the
FrontPage Extensions such as Hit Counters will work (I just took them out).
Then you have to use an FTP program or Windows Explorer to manually upload
your files to the server. Your provider should be able to tell you your FTP
address.
If you are hosted at Network Solutions, you can download an icon to your
desktop (or make one) with the path in it. It will look something like this:
%SYSTEMROOT%\explorer.exe ftp://ftpxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
-Or- you can just open Windows Explorer and put in the FTP path at the top
and then enter your password at the prompt.

Microsoft dropped support for FrontPage in 2006 so any kind of support these
days is hard to come by.
GoDaddy is even abandoning Danika Patrick so don't feel alone. After using
one of their products for almost 20 years they have told me it will no
longer work as it did. They found another way to get more $$ out of their
clients while offering them less. I had the same luck with their customer
service you did which is why I pulled my domains (80) from GoDaddy ages ago.
