It would not have made any difference at to what method was being used when
FL was elected. He had a phone bank work for him and they solicited votes for
him. I know people who told me they got the call, did not know him but voted
for him since they were solicited for their vote. I guess the people doing
the phone calls could do it that way. Not sure what AKC would have said had
they known that was happening. I do know that with AKC even if you are
nominated and on a ballot to judge a show you cannot solicit for votes.
