[ SHOWGSD-L ] Questions - election

While we are asking questions - I was wondering if anyone knows the answers to
the following:
A) Since we have been told that charges have been filed against Ken Downing and
Ken is running for president of the Parent Club - (1) do the charges have to be
heard before the results of the election can be certified?? (2) Are the charges
such that if upheld then Mr Downing couldn't be president of the club?? (3) if
Mr. Downing wins - and the charges are such that he can't assume the office -
who becomes President - Gail Hardcastle or who ever is elected Vice President
B) Since Margy has been removed as recording secretary and as a board member -
and has filed charges against the EC - if Margy wins election as recording
secretary do we have to wait to get the results of the suit before? she can
take the position of recording secretary - will the election override the
charges brought and up help by the board?? If Margy wins but can't hold the
position - does the other candidate automatically win??
Just wondering . . .
