Joan you response is exactly why I agreed with the BOD on allowing a DQ
conformation faults to win the highest award at the National in non
conformation events....conformation DOES NOT enter into it.......Ed

Because, dear Evan, RACING is not the same as evaluating breeding stock as a
judge does. Â Racing rewards speed, whether the race be won by a stallion,
gelding, mare or neutered mare. Â The conformation of the animal or its
ability to possibly reproduce, doesn't enter into it.
