Rita posted a letter (e-mail) she sent to the AKC with the reply she
received from the AKC a few days back. The 6-9 puppy was NOT eligible
progress to
BP competition (no matter that it was a non regular class and/or a different
judge).
I had called the events department a day or two prior (spoke to a gentleman
named John and provided his direct # to the list) and he confirmed the same
for me, but he also added that they don't record BP, so it wasn't an award
they'd "fix" in their records, since there aren't any BP records.
I guess it's up to the show chair and the owners to untangle the mess now.
