How much are we paying this lawyer, who hired her, who authorized her
hiring? I haven't seen anything in the minutes about this. Did I miss
something?
Did we all?
I see she has a private practice, what is her specialty?
And if she has a contract, what is it and why would we even increase her
fees? When does her contract expires?
What is she giving a seminar about, and what are her qualifications?
Who will be invited or attending this seminar? And who is paying for it?
Inquiring minds want to know.
