The Charitable Trust was formed as the 501C3 for tax deductions for education
- it was formed
back in 2012 or so. The GSDCA Board is the Board of the trust with the
exception of the
Treasurer - both have different treasurers.
The FOundation is a separate organization that supports GSD Health and reseearch
the GSDCA Board is not the Board of the Foundation.
