[ SHOWGSD-L ] Questionnaire Ownership Announcement

The questionnaire used for this year's (2005) election is the creative
result of collaboration between Ileana Nogueras and Bill Basu.
Due to previous commitments at work, Bill could not continue with the
project, and the project was then finished by Ileana Nogueras, Peggy Mickelson
and
Pat Galambos.
This questionnaire ownership remains with Ileana Nogueras and Bill Basu, and
the only authorized users are the parties mentioned above. The List is the
only authorize forum for this questionnaire to be exhibit.
All other parties who have "borrowed" our questionnaire, please delete from
any other websites, email, or any other forum. You haven't ask and therefore
you have no permission to use our questionnaire.
This is our official request. We will follow up with advisor to seek
compliance.
