I have a question here, does this not fall under the "freedom of speech"
part of the constitution? Or, because it was an opinion of an individual that
was published in a national magazine considered the opinion also of the owner
of
the magazine. Where is the line that would cross this over to "slander?"
or does this cross the line? I always thought that if it was your opinion, it
is the opinion of the person expressing the thought/idea/opinion? Could
someone clarify this for me?

Thanks,
