[ SHOWGSD-L ] Question on Best Puppy

Hi
I was surprized when Evan reported that for Best Puppy that the 6-9 puppy dog
and 6-9 puppy bitch and the 9-12 puppy bitch were in the ring - but the 9-12?
puppy dog was not shown.?
I thought everyone in the past had deceided that all four puppies were shown no
matter if they won WD or RWD or WB or RWB because the judge was different for
Best Puppy and no one had defeated anyone under the new judge (is that clear?)?
Normally if the same judge was judging the?puppy that won would be shown and
not the other one of the same sex because the winning puppy had already
defeated the other puppy.?? Was the 9-12 male puppy told it couldn't show and
if so why?? Or did they choose not to show - which I could understand after
going RWD? . . .
