[ SHOWGSD-L ] Question for the PC re: those who are not re-newing their memberships

If those people who are not renewing their memberships in the GSDCA come to the
National in a year or so with an AKC Champion, CD dog and go Best of Breed -
As non-members, are they entitled to use GSDCA-specific titles, such as Dual
Title Award AOE Select Excellent Grand Victor Ch Jonny Cat of Franklin, CD, ROM
on their pedigrees and in their advertising? Will they be given the
rosettes/trophies/certificates and get published in the GSDCA Review??
I found on the GSDCA website that the Dual Title Award goes to members, but,
can find no reference to the ROM, the AOE, the Select Excellent, the Grand
Victor and/or Grand Victrix or Obedience Victor/Victrix titles or Selects
requiring at least one of the dog's owners to be members of the PC.
Anyone who knows where I can find this info?
Just having a discussion with someone toying with joining the PC and they see
no benefit to themselves. They said they don't need to be a member to get all
these titles and recognition. I even tried to convince them that after 40
years it is free.
