Hi Guys,
Need some help regarding shipping a puppy to Mexico City. A friend of mine
is getting the run around from the vet, and others and she needs reliable
info on vaccine/health cert requirements. The puppy is 8 or 9 weeks old.
Any info you can give would be appreciated by here. She is due to ship her
in a few days, and cannot get a straight answer.
