I am sure the reports given were fine and accurate and I appreciate everyone
that works hard for the Club. However there was great confusion among the
board
members regarding the financial situation of the Club, the credit card, the
check written at the national, checks written at previous nationals and the
cashing and maintenance of the CDs. To operate the Club in times of
financial
distress the Board needs reports of greater depth and completeness. Perhaps
these were never requested but are necessary to make correct decisions going
forward. I have no animosity toward any person on the board now or in the
past,
I am simply stating we need more information than we now have to stop the lose
of money and to move on to more important issues facing the Club. I do not
understand how asking for more extensive financial information about our Club
to
avoid future mistakes can get anyone so upset.
