They do use a separate ring at the all-breed shows.
But then all breed shows have many rings, and judges.
Most specialty shows only have one ring for breed classes.
Perhaps they need different rules for all/breed as opposed to specialty
shows.
I didn't make the rules, I just read them and try to follow them.
Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were
to success when they gave up.........
