The only other thing you can't see from ringside are the handlers who are
holding dogs together by a thread! They may pass the loose lead exam through
double handling or because their worst nightmare is outside the ring - not the
judge. Those dogs who roll their eyes and are so tense its like handling a
spring about to explode! Those are things not visible from ringside that
definitely should affect the judge's decisions.....
Personally I'd love to see a judge critique every placement at a Specialty
show!!! The AKC however would fry us for it!
