But, that is probably true for all breeds, so if the stats are meaningless for
one they are meaningless for all, which may make then not meaningless at all!

Personally, OFA stats are pretty much meaningless are far as the state of the
breed. Who submits bad x rays for eval? People submit good or mild/marginal x
rays. The mild/marginal ones with the hope that the OFA will see them
differently and pass them. I think that the breeds Evan mentioned are much
tighter communities and more collectively cooperative.
