O.K., here's where I start REALLY pushing.  SB 250, if passed will  
affect every intact show/performance/trialing dog.  They all will  
require an "intact" license.  AND if there are two minor citations in  
whenever to whenever, they WILL be sterilized and the owner OR  
Custodian will never be allowed to own an intact (maybe dog) again.
Soooooo..... HOW Many California Dog owners have called/faxed and told  
a legislator to please vote NO on this sneak attack, last minute,  
won't work, will cost money, will create more pound dogs and more  
euthanizing????   How many have called twice?   I just ran through 6  
months of left over minutes and ran my internet fax service bill WAY  
up.  And I don't have a dog in this fight!!!!!!!   Don't think  
somebody else will do it... You ARE somebody else!


Call/fax tonight.  YOu can just give your name and say please, for the  
dogs and cats,please vote no on SB 250.  Call your assemblymember/your  
senator, then focus in on these assemblymembers.  The zipcodes are  
there for a reason!    (Tennessee, you are next in my pushing!!!;-)   
they want s/n of all dogs over 30 lbs!!!!)
