Look folks..I will cut to the chase..this weekend most were bitching about
the heat complaining that it was too hot for the dogs...then a storm blew
up and everyone was running for cover...In E. TN..most were bitching about
the rain.Two days of rain and a muddy sloppy ring..Most of us sit outside
all year long..in the heat..the cold..the rain the snow..and yes sometimes
in beautiful weather..but when I am dropping the money it takes to show a
special..or even a class dog at the national..my ass wants to be able to
groom and  double my dog..to sit and visit with my friends and not have to
worry about the fricking weather. Most of you have not even considered the
handlers..can you imagine if the worst possible scenario would unfold..and
let's say it did turn rainy and cold..would you want to be the one running
in the slop and mud? ..Probably not..but most of you are thinking about
yourselves..not the people working for you.If I could have a 100% guarantee
of a rain free...60-75 degree  outside National I would say.".go for
it"..but there are no guarantees..and if you don't think about the worst
possible scenarios..your simply short sighted .. As for seating..I don't
think anyone should have to pay to sit at the National. when I got my
brochure and read the costs of seats..and the grooming space..I about fell
out of my chair. The victory dinner is too stuffy...it doesn't make for
good conversation...a more informal type dinner would be probably be more
