Well, having lived in St. Louis for 5 years, I'm not sure an outdoor National
would be a good idea. San Diego is one thing - you're pretty sure the
weather will be ok (even if it gets a little foggy) - but St. Louis is a whole

ballgame. And while I'm not a judge, I have a feeling that standing out in
the elements for 2 or 3 days might be tough.
