[ SHOWGSD-L ] Purina Farms?

With the new building to be completed later this year, is Purina Farms even
under consideration? In past conversations, I thought there was a reason why
it would not work, but it escapes me now. There would be no sod, but the
surface is rubber, not astro turf. If costs are a huge issue, this site might
be something to consider.
Quoted rates
$800 weekdays, $1000 weekend days for the new large arena.
$400 for adjacent smaller grooming building .
At least 40 FULL hook ups but I believe they were expanding this. Not to
mention the overall pet friendliness of the area.
