Are you assuming that they will not charge once they have the new facilities
open?
And what happened to rotation?
Just because it is near St Louis does not mean that rotation is no longer an
issue.

Well, it isn't a great location right now, because it would mean taking the
National outdoors...which we aren't about to do.
However...once the building is done, it might be a great idea.
