I have used Progard since 1986, when a litter of 10 got parvo on Ft Dodge. It
gives earlier immunity then the other ones also.

Do you know what brand of vaccine was given? Some vaccines are almost
worthless. I found that out many, many years ago when I used the Vanguard
vaccines. I had a litter that already had 2 of their puppy shots and they came
down with Parvo. I then found out the best vaccine on the market today and
then is the Progard series. When I looked at the protection given with the
Vanguard vaccine, it was almost worthless and that is why my puppies came
down with Parvo. The Intervet (Progard) vaccine gives you the best protection
possible.
