All my paperwork goes in plastic page savers and then into a 3 ring binder.
Enclosed with that are pictures of the Sire and Dam, the pedigree, a copy of
the GSD Standard, my contract, a regional club application, the transfer of
ownership of the tattoo on the puppy (NDR - all my puppies are tattooed before
they leave here with my registered Kennel tattoo with NDR - National Dog
Registry) and any other pertinent papers or information. Since I feed Diamond
dog
food, I worked out a deal with the person I purchase it from. He sells me 5lb
bags
at a discount to be given to the new owner of the puppy along with his card
as to where they can purchase the food. I have also used the freezer size
ziploc bags if I didn't have the 5 lb bags. I don't send toys, I leave this for
the
new owner.
