This is happening more than people realize in the State of MI. I met 2 of
these sweet Jack Russell pups that were rescued. It is sad what these dogs
endured
and these are the puppy mills they are trying to stop.

I have not heard of any responsible breeders being targeted here in MI only the
puppy mills.
