It is damn well worth investigating; and I think very doable; would personally
prefer the mountains of north Georgia, but we need permanent shelters
everywhere. You could have 1-2/state and not have enough. morgan

there is not perfect place..........LA and FL with the hurricanes, CA with
earthquakes and legislation.......make that the entire USA with the
legislation issues.

deal, that is a doable project.
