Wait a while. With the law that the Governor just signed in Virginia, you
may find choices for that rescue kennel:-(
Seriously, I used to find "kennels" for sale all the time in local magazines
(the Gazette?) and newspapers. I think it was just the addition of the
breeding bitches that threw people. Waiting a while to hear the particulars,
I
can understand the position of the widow. What was she supposed to do?
Being
in that position in the first place was not an occupation I would be in, (OF
COURSE!) but what happens when one of "us" is in a position with a fairly
large kennel operation and a spouse dies? I have heard of it, and while it
doesn't go to an ad usuaully, I have heard of purchases (with dogs).
