[ SHOWGSD-L ] Puppy Buyer Prejudice

Why does it bug me so much when all a prospective puppy buyer wants to know is
the price of a pup and how big will it get? Oh, and the other question, "Is
the puppy black and red?" I kind of shut down and I know that some of these
people may make a puppy a great home.
On the flip side, I got a call the other day and the guy said, "My wife and I
recently divorced and she took the dog. I can't live another minute without a
GSD by my side." I got really good vibes from this call. The guy is driving
a long way to meet our dogs. I hope we have something that will steal his
heart.
