[ SHOWGSD-L ] Puppies not nursing....

What do you do with 7 healthy strong warm puppies who were whelped between
7pm and 11pm last night that just dont want to nurse? very strong little
things but i think they were born premature. weights are between 366 grams
and
466 (not shepherd) helping out a friend here and not sure what to suggest.
Mom is super clean and always cleaning them and knocks them off when they
put the pups to nurse, when she cleans them. its now 12 hrs since birth no
one
really eating except 2 min every few hours forcing them
