This happened to me with one of my pups. She adored this little girl and the
girl loved her too. The mother of the little girl was afraid of the sire,
practically cringed from him turning into a corner. Never saw anything like
it. So I knew then that it would not work and the dad chose not to buy the
pup. The girl was devastated and the puppy obviously did not understand why
they left without her. It was so sad.

It happened to me with my very first GSD........she crawled up in my lap and
would NOT get down! I REALLY loved her brother.........but I would shoe her
away and BOOM,there she was again. Now, after almost 20 years of breeding I
have seen this happen time and time again. Pups are aloof with some people
and attached like Velcro to others.
SO many times I have watched as people REALLY like this one pup and the
pup........just basically ignores them. In the back round is this other pup
that does all but jump up and down........PICK ME.........YOU WANT ME! It
happened to Pat Evans, her article is in the new Review. Can some one
explain to me how they know they want this person? What is going thru their
little minds? They are babies, but yet they KNOW they want this person? Mo
