[ SHOWGSD-L ] Provisional judge question

A friend just asked me a question and I'm trying to research it, but
figured one of you would know the answer quicker. Is there someplace in
AKC rules that says provisional judges pay their own expenses to judging
assignments? If there is, then can you please send me the link.
