[ SHOWGSD-L ] Progesterone Question

I've been doing progesterone tests on 1 of my girls prior to doing an
implant. I do not have a repro vet near me. This vet did an implant
previously that was successful. Anyway the 1st progesterone test was done
on day 7 of heat on May 15th and was .8. The 2nd test was done yesterday
on May 19th and came back .4. The vet says this has them baffled. Why?
What should be happening? I usually do breedings the natural way and leave
it up to the dogs to tell me.
