It is not only the "at face level" that is a problem. I spoke to our
regional rep about this a couple of years ago in Biloxi when she had someone
remove
the stroller. She said people are not always careful and they could easily
run over a dogs foot, and if the dog was excited and got hurt it could
retaliate. Liability, liability.
