Debra Porter/Debra Brown residing at Peppers Ferry Road, Max Meadows in South
West Va. Do not sell or adopt ANYTHING to this person...dogs on her property
were found tied to logging chains...foster dogs bred and now have severe
mastitis...two puppies picked up by ACO and injected in the van on the way back
to the facility.
