There have been a number of posts sent to the List recently which are=20
against our rules. These are not permitted. An earlier warning was=20
posted, but the problem posts continue. Please re-read the rules, and=20
consider the post you are about to send. If it reaches the List and=20
violates the below, we will take action to interfere with your unrestricted=
=20
posting privileges. If you stop to re-read the posts of the past few days,=
=20
you will see a number which violate the below, which are restricted under=20
Showgsd's rules. Accordingly, please consider this a warning that List=20
members who violate the below will have their posting privileges restricted:
=95 Personal attacks, hostile, accusatory posts, in word or in tone, are
not=
=20
allowed.
=95 Posts concerning politics or religion. These subjects are universally=
=20
prohibited from email lists, unless the topic of the list is political or=20
religious.
=95 Posts which contain obscene or sexually explicit material, or which
poke=
=20
fun at gender, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.
=95 Mention of the fact that a particular dog or dogs will be competing at=
=20
upcoming events.
=95 German vs. American promotion
=95 Off topic posts. This List is specifically geared to the furtherance
of=

the AKC/CKC/GSDCA/GSDCC style of conformation showing and breeding of=20
German Shepherd Dogs, and to the maintenance and exchange of information=20
which is constructive and beneficial to the dogs and to members of the=20
fancy. Anything which is not somehow related to this topic is considered=

"off-topic"
=95 Advertising. Any post which is made in furtherance of a product,
object=

or service for sale, or for the personal benefit of any List member or=20
group of List members (other than posts having a charitable or rescue=20
purpose), is not allowed.
=95 Website updates =96 you may include in your signature =93website

here, posts regarding updates to your web site are not permitted.

The purpose of these rules is not to be restrictive, but to provide through=

Showgsd-l a resource that works for all subscribers. Please understand=20
that they are intended to be considerate of all subscribers.
Showgsd-l is an advanced-level email list, intended for discussion of=20
issues of interest and concern to serious breeders, exhibitors and=20
fanciers. Please keep this in mind when posting. While occasional banter=

and humor is permissible, this is not the purpose of Showgsd-l, therefore=20
should be kept to a minimum.
