Ed, you think that's the worst?  LOLOL, the Canadian B.C. National - 10
years ago - membership voted on judges. Boy, you were lucky to have another
vote.  The President of the club, or whatever she was, at the time, changed
the judge, on her own?? Membership found out 2 weeks later. This is the
type of crap that people see and not a very good view of clubs, members or the
breed.

Terry!....sadly I do not think Brother Bob understands the right to speak
out....but I will promise him one thing...as of 1/1/12....no more comments from
me publicly about the GSDCA.....what they do will be none of my business...and
again I wish them well.....it's like the time about 11 or so years ago I
stopped being a member of a local club because after they voted for a judge for
the Futurity ,Pat Ayres....but...an influential
member of the club did not like that pick.......so against my strong
protest..Illeana also protested strongly....they re voted ...this time they got
the judge they wanted....many of these folks are still around and a few have
even served on the National club BOD....the president of the club at that
time, a man I love who is no longer with us, called me a few years later and
told me that he was wrong for allowing that second voted....was I a quitter for
leaving that club and never returning?.....say what you wish....I play to an
audience of one, and I have only one boss......she sleeps in my house with

I believe several people ran by petition this last election. I don't think any
of them made it to the board. I do think it is our right to complain as long as
we are members. When we choose to no longer be members than the parent club is
no longer our concern.� I do believe that one of the board members is of the
opinion that we should remain quiet and let the board take care of the club. If
my job as a member is to shut up then I don't need to spend 67.00 dollars for
that :0) Or donate funds to the club. I am sure that the ones involved can
cover all those things.
