Gambit, a weekly New Orleans newspaper heavy on politics, has an
online poll
right now on mandatory spay/neuter, proposed in a City Council ordinance
introduced last week. Neighboring Jefferson Parish's Council is
planning a
copycat ordinance if this goes thru.
