Wouldn't that be wonderful, Viv! I know that my vet (son's neighbor)
does a LOT of pro bono work (works with exotics, which I find
awesome). That would be a thoughtful consideration and something to
be asked. Probably because the dog is so young (2 years old), not
hurt in 'line of duty" and is not expected to go back to regular
police work, it may be a different situation???
