[ SHOWGSD-L ] Please Read re: Temperament Test

Please take a minute to read the recent posts about the National Temperament
Test that were posted by:
InquestGSD, and All4MORIAH. I find it highly irregular that a tester should
ask someone the breeding on their dog, or if they planned to breed the dog.
This sounds like we have our own Breed Warden.
I have put dogs through the ATTS Temperament Test, and the GSDCA Temperament
Test. I have never, ever had a tester in either venue ask who bred my dog,
or if I planned to breed. In my opinion that is none of a tester's business.
He or she is there to evaluate the temperament of my dog on that given day.
Period.
I also think there should be new testers being trained at all times using
Bob Penny's standards. Am I the only one who was disturbed by this? The poor
lady was ready to pack up, and leave. Not very encouraging. IMO.
