Be careful not to over indulge in tea or the video won't be the only thing

I am a total tea drinker...no coffee for me. Like most teas and love
a good nonfat chai tea latte from Starbucks - either hot or cold. For
the fall, I am going to try a hot non fat chai tea latte with a pump
of pumpkin spice!!!! I hear the chocolate chai tea latte is really
terrible. Like the Taza Chai much better than the Oregon Chai mix.
Also like mint tea as it is very refreshing expecially in ice tea or
after a big meal.
And I live on ice tea....summer or winter!!!! Must be my English
heritage.
