Selling or buying may not be a problem but COST might. Insurance companies
may want to insure them but at what cost?

The company we had when Pearl sued dropped the club, for reasons unknown.
They refused us before the case was settled.
There are many carriers willing to sell insurance to us. How many
companies do you think want to sell a policy to Toyota? Even today.
Litigation is not the problem. Management is.
